Shipping policy

1. We strive to process orders placed on working days before 4:00 PM on the same working day.
2. Deliveries within the Netherlands generally take place on the next working day.
3. Different delivery times may apply for deliveries to Belgium and Germany. The current delivery time and
shipping costs will be displayed before the order is completed.
4. Stated delivery times are indicative, unless a legal or expressly agreed ultimate
delivery period applies.
5. If delivery does not take place or does not take place on time, the consumer retains all legal rights.
6. For orders from €25, free standard shipping applies within the Netherlands & Belgium, unless otherwise stated in the offer.
7. Shipping costs will be calculated for orders under €25. The current costs will be clearly displayed before payment.
