1. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you generally have a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days for an online purchase. The
cooling-off period begins on the day after you, or a third party designated by you, has received the product.
Within this period, you can withdraw from the purchase without stating a reason.
2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
You can inform GUNPOWD3R within the cooling-off period that you wish to withdraw from the agreement via
info@gunpowd3r.com or via the online withdrawal/dissolution function on our website.
You can also send an unambiguous statement indicating that you wish to withdraw from the agreement.
Providing a reason is not mandatory.
3. Returning the Product
After withdrawal, you must return the product no later than 14 days. The shipping date counts as
proof that you have returned it on time.
The return address and return instructions will be clearly provided to you.
4. Assessing the Product
During the cooling-off period, you may examine and assess the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature,
characteristics, and functioning. You are liable for any depreciation in value that arises
from using the product more than is necessary to assess it.
5. Sealed Food Supplements
Our food supplements may be sealed for product safety,
health protection, and hygiene.
If, after delivery, you break the seal of a product and the product is therefore unsuitable for return due to
health protection or hygiene, the statutory right of withdrawal for that product will lapse.
In that case, you cannot return the opened product based on the right of withdrawal, and the
purchase amount will not be refunded based on withdrawal.
An unopened and sealed food supplement can be returned within the statutory cooling-off period,
provided that the other conditions for withdrawal are met.
This exception does not apply to a product that is defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrectly delivered.
The statutory rights of the consumer remain fully applicable in these cases.
6. Return Costs
The direct costs of returning the product are borne by the consumer.
7. Refund
In the event of a valid withdrawal, GUNPOWD3R will refund the payments received, including the
standard costs of the original outbound shipment.
If you have expressly chosen a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest
standard delivery, the additional costs of that more expensive method will not be refunded.
The costs of returning the product to GUNPOWD3R are borne by the customer.
8. Refund Period
We will refund the amount without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received your withdrawal.
However, GUNPOWD3R may postpone the refund until we have received the returned product.
After receipt, we will inspect the product and process the refund as soon as possible.
9. Method of Refund
We will refund using the same payment method as was used for the original transaction, unless you
expressly agree to a different method.
10. Free Shipping and Return
If, due to a partial return, the value of the retained products falls below the threshold of
€25.00, the right to free shipping will lapse. In that case, GUNPOWD3R may still charge the original
standard shipping costs of €3.95.
The right of withdrawal is separate from the statutory rights of the consumer when a product does not
conform to the agreement. These statutory rights remain fully applicable.
